Where plants grow, so you will....sleepy, peaceful, relaxed, no one over head and quiet and clean hallways that are stripped and waxed every 3 months whether they need it or not.
This group of co-ops was the very first co-op in Queens in 1952 and it has a zero mortgage. Gas, heat, electric, water included...no worries, be happy here like I have been for 25 years.
